Start of our NCC lives. We gathered outside LT2 and awaited our new training team. Then we were 41.
Our first introduction to NCC was given on the parade square. We learnt the basic drills in NCC, and Jonathan henceforth became our timer.
Our drills were shit then. Uniform sucked, we had no spirit. NCC was like an unwanted part of the timetable every Friday,
before the breaking off to weekends.
1st camp = It symbolised first test of endurance. Our first round of torture. However it was meaningful. The sian repetition of drills
for each of the 3 days, the sadistic bunk checks, the nice food, first solo night, first wargames.
Our first experience with our seniors, who were our NCOs to be. The fear of camp developed, only to be curbed by mutual encouragement and
our encouragment from seniors.

Part [B] 2nd quarter ics : Aaron and Alfred
After ORD, our next training team took over. Advocated ideals like benchmark and brotherhood. Right then we didn't even know each other's names.
Perhaps the time when we absorbed the most stuff.
Drills improving, we learnt PDS. We were the first part that took PDS as a part. Others were kicked out one by one.
2nd camp: Perhaps we were getting the hang of camp. But we always feared the coming of camp. We had constantly suggested ponning camp
as a whole, but of course no one dared =) Learnt cheers, trained drills, endured through strenuous PT. Bathing time was also limited, and
therefore groin discomfort was certainly a pressing issue.
Orientation was certainly a good experience. Combat certainly was nice. Drill squad also did well, and we received our batch of juniors soon after.
The times which we developed brotherhood was in Part B. Our best experiences, the frequent drillings, and the cheers. We took part in many performances,
such as Affirmation, CSM, RSAF, and Orientation. Bonded as one, our uniform standards, drill standards, PT standards increased tremendously.
Our IMT was screwed, but the marksmen in the part made their mark by obtaining 2nd, thx to "accidental" sabotage from the other schools.
We had our first few part activities, bowling and laserquest. Since then, part activities have been a source of fun and enjoyment for
everyone.

Part [C] 2nd quarter ics : Weilong and Bertram
Most senior training part. When our new part c training team took over, this was repeatedly emphasized by them. To be true to our position
as the senior training part, our standards had to be the highest. Our drills had to be the most zai. We had to prove ourselves deserving of
the name Part [C] '07.
Lots of performances came our way. Orientation '07. PDS COE Inauguration Ceremony. CSM '07 (or ACTAFM '07). RSAF National Runway Cycling '07.
NCC Day '07. With each passing performance, our drills improved immensely, especially during orientation. Everyone had managed to learn proper
rotation by then, and mastering our satan tosses.(both back and forward)
Before ORD, many of us began practicing further advanced drills.(dbl triple jumbo, rising sun, dbl hand rotations, and other no name drills)
Drills were disappearing into thin air. We rarely got to drill other than for CnC sessions and during CUO trainings. Our cheers were
cut drastically, and emphasis on standards was great. PT standards, our attitude, everything. This was the peak period when everything
was refined to prepare us for the final step. Towards NCOship.
Now we have taken over. Our time to lead. We will do it, together.
